The experience

We are looking for a skilled and creative collaborator to help bring a book draft to its next stage. The book is based on personal experience and teachings, and its main purpose is educational.
While working with us on the book you'll get to fully be a part of our community and lifestyle. We are grounded in slow living, sharing plant-based meals, and living in close proximity to nature and ourselves. Life here is about being rather than doing.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.


What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Living with us is like wandering into a rare space of connection, growth, and self-realization. As a volunteer, you’ll receive:
🥑Immersion in a Conscious Community:
Live and grow alongside like-minded individuals who value simplicity, presence, and authentic connection. Think of it as a mini-village where everyone’s trying their best to be open, aware, and to give each other the freedom to show up exactly as they are.

🥑Shared practices:
You'll be invited to all our shared practices. We have daily meditation, sharing circles and various conscious movement activities such as Yoga, Qi Gong and Pranayama. Additionally, we see our functional tasks as a way to practice awareness and aim to move through our day slowly and mindfully, our main goal of the day is always to relax.

🥑Daily Nourishment:
Feast on delicious plant-based meals prepared with love and intention. We practice intermittent fasting with a 6h non-fasting window to keep things light, bright, and to help with the body's natural detoxification process.

🥑Accommodation:
Sleep in a shared glamping tent tucked into the peaceful Mexican jungle with access to simple outside bathrooms/showers. Fall asleep to natures night sounds, wake to the morning birds, and settle into the simplicity of nature

We are looking for a skilled and creative collaborator to help bring a book draft to its next stage. The book is based on personal experience and teachings, and its main purpose is educational. We want to make it more relatable, more engaging, and easier for readers to follow and absorb.
This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, structure, and narrative flow. You will help transform raw content into a cohesive book that guides the reader, builds connection, and stays clear and organized from start to finish.

What you will help with:
📖Reviewing the existing manuscript and understanding the vision and message.
📖Suggesting structure, order, and chapter flow.
📖Reworking sections for clarity, relatability, and emotional connection.
📖Strengthening the narrative voice while staying true to the essence and intention.
📖Editing for readability, consistency, and logical progression.
📖Offering ideas for titles, subheadings, and transitions that support the learning journey.

Ideal qualities:
✒️Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
✒️Experience in editing books, self-help, personal development, or educational writing.
✒️Ability to balance creativity with clarity and structure.
✒️Respectful communication and openness to collaboration.
✒️Sensitivity to tone, depth, and authenticity.

Working hours:
We have the hours between 10 am and 2 pm as designated work hours for the whole community. Also, at 12:30 we gather for a 30 min break where we share a fresh juice.


Rules

As we open our home to you, we can only welcome volunteers who are genuinely willing to embrace our way of life and follow the rules throughout their entire stay. Our lifestyle is rooted in connection to our surroundings, nature and each other, and to protect this environment, we cannot allow any of the following on our property:

- Smoking
- Drugs
- Alcohol
- Dishonesty and intentionally harmful speech
- Damage or misuse of our property, breakages, neglect, and litter
- Pets
- Excessive noise
- Poor timekeeping
- Food from outside the community.

Note that you will be expected to participate in all of our daily meditation & movement practices, unless they collide with other given tasks.
