The experience

Volunteers help with content writing, video making, photography, and social media to support nearby public schools and promote our community homestay. Tasks include creating stories, short videos, and digital content highlighting local culture, education, and social work. Volunteers work a few hours daily and have free time to explore the city and surroundings.

What you offer

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 7 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Materials for volunteer activities

Description: Volunteers contribute USD 7 per day to help cover daily food expenses, basic maintenance of the homestay, and shared utilities. This contribution also supports the upkeep of volunteer facilities and helps us continue small community and social activities. The fee ensures a comfortable stay while sustaining our homestay and local initiatives.

Program Details

Our volunteer program focuses on supporting nearby public schools and promoting our community homestay through creative and digital work. Volunteers help create written, photo, and video content that highlights local education, culture, and social activities. In return, we provide accommodation, guidance, cultural exchange, and a welcoming family environment.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers work around 4–5 hours per day, mainly in the morning or flexible hours. Activities include content writing, video making, photography, basic social media support, and occasional visits to local public schools for documentation or awareness content. Afternoons are generally free for rest, exploration, or personal projects.

Rules

Volunteers are expected to be respectful, responsible, and open-minded. Please follow agreed schedules, inform us in advance if plans change, and respect local culture, family rules, and community values. Alcohol and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Cleanliness and mutual respect are essential.
