The experience
This role focuses on finding and developing local partnerships for Next Stop: Mexico. You will help identify new apartments to manage, connect with local guides for free walking tours, and support collaborations for cultural events and experiences. The position involves outreach, communication, follow-ups, and coordination with local partners, working closely with a multicultural team in a collaborative coliving environment.

Program Details
This program is based on collaboration, trust, and clear communication. Participants support the growth of Next Stop: Mexico by contributing their skills while living in a shared coliving space in Mexico City. In exchange for collaboration hours, accommodation and access to a creative, multicultural environment are provided.
You will be part of a local tourism and cultural project focused on connecting travelers with locals through free walking tours, curated experiences, events, and unique stays. Living on site allows daily interaction with the team and local partners. The program emphasizes autonomy, responsibility, and learning through real-world collaboration.
Activities & Shift
Daily tasks may include:
• Researching and contacting potential partners (apartment owners, guides, local projects)
• Presenting the project and its value proposition clearly
• Coordinating initial agreements and follow-ups
• Supporting the planning and promotion of cultural events and experiences
Workload is around 20 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day, with a flexible schedule coordinated with the team.
