Car & Motorbike Fixing Program


The experience

This program allows volunteers to teach and demonstrate basic car and motorbike maintenance skills to students, youth, and community members. Volunteers work in local workshops, vocational centers, or colleges, helping learners understand vehicle care, tool safety, and simple repairs. The role also promotes safe driving habits, mechanical awareness, and income-generating skills for the community.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 20 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute USD 20 towards food, electricity, and accommodation, helping us provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details

Professional Conduct
Volunteers must act respectfully and professionally toward students, community members, staff, and fellow volunteers at all times.

Teaching Responsibility
When working with students or community members, volunteers should share practical knowledge in a patient, respectful, and supportive way. Volunteers are assistants to learning, not replacements for qualified instructors.

Safety First
Always follow workshop safety rules. Volunteers must supervise students when using tools or equipment, wear protective gear when necessary, and maintain a safe environment.

Punctuality & Commitment
Be on time for workshops, teaching sessions, and community activities. Volunteers are expected to complete assigned tasks responsibly.

Hygiene & Cleanliness
Keep the workshop and tools clean and organized. Wash hands after handling vehicles, fuel, or dirty tools.
