Vibe Setter of ONDA Boquete

The experience

This is a fun, social role focused on hanging out with guests and creating a welcoming vibe in our hotel. You’ll help travelers connect, feel at home, and enjoy their stay.

You’ll explore Boquete with guests, show them local spots and dance spots, and stay in the know about what’s happening around town. You’ll also organize three social events per week, like game nights and guest potlucks, to bring everyone together.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We’re a small, dynamic hospitality team bringing new life to a former Selina property in the heart of Boquete. Our 60-room hotel is being reimagined under the ONDA brand (stayonda.com), and we’re in the exciting process of launching.


What We Offer
Accommodation: You’ll stay in one of our team dorm room on property.

Meal: While our kitchen is in construction, volunteers will receive 1 staff meal

Community: Be part of a young, vibrant, international team working hard and having fun in Boquete.

Learning: Hands-on experience in hospitality, entrepreneurship, and project launch in Latin America.

Adventure: Boquete is famous for its coffee, hiking, cloud forests, and hot springs—you’ll have plenty to explore on your days off.
