Come volunteer at Lemon Farmhouse in Pokhara, Nepal.

The experience

We have cow which need regular green grass to feed. We daily go on local market early in the morning for bringing fresh vegetables to sell at our shop. We take care of our Lemon farm areas, focus on weeding, cleaing and growing vegetables at bare land. We have spring water to use for field irrigation, bathing and creating camping zone. Field visit at nearby Go-Green Project inside Hospital Premises taking care of fruits trees and animals reared

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 7 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers will get Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Get bike/ Scooter for local tourist location and sightseeing( Self fuel). BBQ nights with local friends on demand and Trek guides discount from references

What you get

2 days off per week

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 80 years old

Program Details

We ask volunteers to help in day to day activities of the family. We have two projects where we work for Eco-village concept conserving the nature.

Activities & Shift

Weeding, Grass Cutting, Vegetable Farming, Local Hiking
Shifts is not strict. Until asn unless volunteer gets easy with the flow.

Rules

No Smoking Inside House and Misbehaving with friends is untolerable.
