The experience

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and people-oriented volunteer to join our surf house team in Tamraght, Morocco.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming guests, creating a warm atmosphere, and helping travelers feel at home from the moment they arrive. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping with check-ins, explaining house rules, and sharing information about surf packages, activities, meals...

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Main Tasks

Welcoming guests and handling check-ins & check-outs
Explaining house rules, schedules, and daily activities
Assisting guests with questions about surf, meals, and experiences
Promoting and helping sell surf packages, activities, and meals
Creating a friendly, social atmosphere in the house
Supporting general daily tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and responsible attitude
Comfortable speaking English (other languages are a plus)
