The experience

We are looking for responsible volunteers to stay in a quiet house in São Miguel do Guamá, Pará, Brazil, and help take care of the space. The help involves light house tasks and basic yard care, with the main goal of keeping the house organized and occupied. In exchange, we offer free accommodation in a peaceful home and the opportunity to experience life in a small Brazilian town, with flexible hours. Ideal for independe and respectful volunteer

What you offer

12 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

What you get

4 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 21 and 55 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

This is a calm position helping with light house and yard care. The main language is Portuguese, but we can also communicate in English and Spanish. Ideal for volunteers who enjoy quiet and independent stays in a small Brazilian town.
