Manage Instagram of a rural coliving space in Montseny, Barcelona

The experience

We are seeking a Social Media Manager (Instagram) to help showcase the daily magic of our community!

Help us promote our unique lifestyle in a beautiful natural setting, just 1 hour from Barcelona. We are looking for playful, curious people with an open mind to highlight our intentional community and unique experiences through engaging content.

We are looking for a commitment of at least two months (with an initial 2-week probation period).

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Program Details

We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our Instagram account by creatively generating new content across all formats (stories, reels, carousels). This position requires some real experience in scripting, filming, and editing content, and we'd like to find someone who can proactively grow our account.

We will of course be there to help and support you, but don't expect a daily list of defined tasks, it's up to you to come up with content ideas and make them happen :)

The expected deliverables are:

- Create daily Instagram stories to showcase community life
- Generate 3 posts per week (a combination of reels & carousels) to promote our unique coliving space (this includes filming, editing and creating the post).

We can provide the necessary equipment and tools (lights, mics, Capcut and Canva subscriptions) and the community is generally happy to participate in any scripted content creation.

Activities & Shift

There are no strict shifts or working hours, you choose whatever works best for you. This is a trust-based environment where we give you a lot of flexibility, but in return we expect you to own the project fully and to deliver the content proactively and regularly.

Due to the nature of the community life, some events happen on the weekends, so sometimes you'll need to film content during the weekends, but you can compensate that by doing less hours during the week.

Rules

The official language in the community is English. The content has to be delivered in English as well.
