The experience

Are you a true dog 🐶 lover who can’t walk past a dog without stopping to say hello? Do muddy paw prints 🐾 and fur on your clothes make you smile? If you prefer nature over noise and have skills in mobile apps📱, web development, or digital marketing, we need you. Help us launch our adoption website and app, support fundraising, and give dogs a second chance at life.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Volunteers offer their time and skills, whether physical or digital. In return, we provide accommodation and all basic food supplies, including vegetables, fruit, and dry goods such as pasta, beans, lentils, rice, and bread. Volunteers have access to a shared fridge and a fully equipped kitchen, where they prepare their own meals.

Activities & Shift

Physical tasks include daily poop collection (shared between volunteers), gardening, lawn mowing, cleaning kennels and common areas, daily dog walks, and helping with building, repairs, and general maintenance as needed.

Rules

To ensure the wellbeing of the animals, drug use is not permitted. Loud parties and excessive alcohol consumption are also not allowed, as we aim to maintain a calm, safe, and peaceful environment for the dogs.
