The experience

As a teamer at Gota Dagua, your life revolves around building a vibrant family atmosphere. Daily activities include surfing, sharing meals, and organizing spontaneous adventures to ensure guests feel included. You must maintain a hands-on attitude, balancing social engagement with essential tasks like cleaning, organizing, and completing weekly chores. We expect dynamic, English-speaking with a passion for the ocean and a love for commun.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Program Details

Teamers are at the centre of the gota dagua experience, spreading good vibes and creating a family energy for our guests. You will make sure that guests feel included, looked after and part of the gota dagua family. Your days will be filled with sharing good memories and big smiles from sharing great food, surf, sunsets and spontaneous adventures with guests. You will also be an important part in keeping camp life running smoothly with hands-on attitude, helping with cleaning camp areas, organisation and weekly tasks. It is a big job, but if you are the right person, it won't feel like 'work' at all.

Activities & Shift

What are your responsibilities?
-Socialise and engage with guests to create a dynamic and friendly atmosphere.
-Help to organise, promote, and join in on daily activities and events.
-Assist with house cleaning duties when needed.
-Keep the camp tidy, organised and welcoming at all times.
-Carry out weekly follow-up tasks as instructed by the camp manager.
-Do it with Love!

Rules

Who we are looking for?

-Experience in Hospitality, Customer service, tourism, or sales.
-Mid-twenties (or same level of energy).
-Fluent in spoken English.
-Outgoing, positive and caring personality
-A genuine passion for the ocean, surfing and people.
