Weddings & Wine: Volunteer in a Tuscan Resort (3 months)

The experience

*ONLY GIRLS* Villa La Selva is a seasonal wine resort in Tuscany, hosting international weddings and events. We’re looking for two committed female volunteers to support hospitality activities such as events, reception, wine tastings, and guest assistance. Minimum stay: 3 months. This is a hands-on experience in a professional, international environment, ideal for motivated volunteers with good English skills.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate Italian or Intermediate English

Program Details

We would love to have one or two girls for 6 months; if that’s not possible, we could consider 3 months as a minimum.

Activities & Shift

Meals are not included, but we can certainly offer a contribution.

The closest town it’s only reachable by car (5 km), it's important to have a driver license.
