This was my first volunteering experience, and I think I made a great choice! the hostel is a very welcoming and friendly environment. The staff are super friendly and approachable: if you have any issues you can feel confident about asking them for help. The working hours are always respected. I never worked later than advertised. In fact, we usually finished working a lot earlier than the advertised time. The hostel is also in an excellent location. It has everything you need nearby (supermarkets, shopping, train stations etc). I can't recommend this experience enough!

Without a doubt, this volunteer experience is one of the best decisions I've had in my life. The hostel staff is very, very friendly and they are always there to help you with whatever you need. We almost always finished the work before the agreed time, and the work didn't seem difficult to me, which was amazing. The Netherlands is a beautiful place, and The Hague is a city I will never forget, but one of the most incredible things was meeting so many people and bonding with the other volunteers, who quickly feel like family :) 🫶🏼

I could not have asked for a better place for my first volunteering experience. The staff and all the other volunteers were extremely welcoming, the tasks were not to hard and the working hours were always respected. If you ever needed help with anything you could always alsk someone. The location if the hostel is also great. It is very central so you can easily fill your afternoons with nice activities around the city or the beach. I would totally recommend this hostel to anyone who is willing to connect with new people because I really found a second family here! I already miss it! 🦩

This was my first volunteering experience, and I definitely recommend it! I stayed for 6 weeks, and at first, it seemed like a long time, but it went by so fast. I would have definitely stayed a couple more weeks 🫶🏽. The entire team are super friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Every now and then, they organize activities with the volunteers, which is really cool! The work isn't difficult at all, and we usually finishes before 15:00. the hostel staff thank you so much for this amazing experience that I will always remember because it felt like a second family for me❤️

I had an amazing experience. If you want to socialize and meet amazing people it's the perfect place to start. Easy work, often you will finish working before the end of the shift. Most important, friendly and lovely staff.

This was my first volunteer experience, and I couldn't have wished for a better hostel for it. The staff was kind and the hostel itself was very cozy. The tasks were well managable and not too hard. Sleeping in a room with 11 other people wasn't that bad than expected, because it didn't feel like that you shared a room with that many people. The other volunteers have also been so nice to me. I would definitely recommend this place :)

This was my first volunteer experience, and I'm glad I chose it. I truly enjoyed the work — whether it was cleaning, during which I listened to audiobooks, or making beds, where I got to know other volunteers. The tasks weren't too demanding. The room is welcoming, and the breakfast is diverse and satisfying. However, the best part of this experience is the people. They are from so many different countries that you'll learn new things every day. You need to be prepared to be active; between work, activities, and socializing, you end up tired almost every day! It has been amazing, thank you 💞

I've spend 9 weeks in the hostel and it was the best decision ever! The people i've met were incredible, we spent a lot of time together after our shift or on our free days so i've never felt alone! Rafa, Beni, Sammy, Sissy and Sara are all so welcoming and bring a good atmosphere while working as well as during the activities they do for the volunteers! The hostel is a really nice place. And sharing the room with the volunteers was, for me,like spending two months with friends. You definitely need to be a social person but everyone is really nice, you we feel great either way.
