El Santuario is a sacred space dedicated to healing, transformation, yoga, and conscious community living. We are currently welcoming volunteers who feel called to support the space with mindfulness, love, and presence.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

• Lead 1 daily yoga class (morning or evening)
• Prepare the yoga shala — mats, props, incense, music
• Support meditation or sound healing sessions
Kitchen Support
• Assist the chef with meal prep
• Help with plating, serving, washing up and keeping the kitchen clean
• Maintain a peaceful, intentional atmosphere

Daily Rhythm
• 4 hours/day, 6 days a week
• Short morning check-in or meditation
• One full rest day weekly
• Quiet evenings for stillness, music, or reflection
