The experience

Stay by a stunning Patagonian lake and help with daily cleaning, simple cooking, organizing, and caring for the animals. You will help with gentle horse care, feeding, brushing, cleaning hooves, and keeping the barn tidy. The mare has a newborn calf, so experience with young animals is a big plus and a beautiful opportunity to be part of early care. Ideal if you love nature, calm environments, and mountain life.

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Spanish

Between 23 and 60 years old

Program Details

You will be helping with simple daily tasks in a peaceful home by a lake in Patagonia. The help includes regular cleaning, organizing, and basic daily cooking, as well as caring for the animals. Animal care involves gentle horse handling, feeding, brushing, cleaning hooves, and keeping the barn area tidy. The mare has a newborn calf, so any experience with young animals is a big plus and a special opportunity to be involved in early care.

In exchange, you will enjoy a quiet and comfortable environment, free time to explore the lake and nearby trails, and the chance to learn about rural living and simple DIY projects. I expect people to be responsible, respectful, clean, and comfortable with daily household routines. This place follows a peaceful rhythm and is best suited for someone who values calm days, nature, and an organized home.

Shifts

This position requires a total of 16 hours per week. The schedule is fully flexible. You can distribute your hours as you prefer, choosing mornings or afternoons, as long as the weekly tasks are completed responsibly.
