The experience

Help me maintain a wooden boat. You will might have to help me also with gardening and some house basic maintenance work.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Greece

Activities & Shift

You will be required to be available between 4 and 5 hours a day. Two days off (not sequential). It will be up to you to cover somebody elses shift after you arrange it between yourselves and I will have to approve.

Rules

This is a private house that I manage in the summer as a Hostel. You will be expected to be available during your shift. If you are released earlier one day this does not mean it is a given. My personal stuff even though around can not be used without permission and I can not be cleaning your own stuff. You are not allowed to unsettle other guests.
