The experience

We are seeking energetic, proactive volunteers to fill two key roles in our school curriculum:
1. English Class Support: Assist our primary students with English lessons, speaking practice, and dynamic activities. Fluency in English is essential.
2. URGENT: Equitation/Horseback Riding Instructor: We need a volunteer with proven experience and expertise in equitation to lead basic and advanced riding
What you offer
18 hours of help per week
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
What you get
3 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English or Beginner Spanish
Between 18 and 30 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
We are looking for volunteers from the Netherlands or Belgium.
Volunteers become part of our school community and support students through education and extracurricular activities. Each volunteer role is clearly defined according to skills and experience. We provide guidance, materials, and a welcoming environment where volunteers can share knowledge, connect with students, and contribute to their development. Cultural exchange and mutual respect are central to the experience.
Activities & Shift
Supporting English classes through conversation practice, games, and interactive activities
Leading equitation sessions, including horse care, riding techniques, and safety guidance
Assisting students during school hours and outdoor activities
⏰ Schedule:
Approximately 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Rules
Respect students, staff, animals, and local culture
Be punctual and committed to scheduled activities
Follow safety guidelines, especially around horses
No alcohol or drugs during scheduled activities
