The experience

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our reception team. The role focuses on warm, positive interaction with guests—especially Spanish-speaking travellers, who make up a large part of our community.

Assist guests during checkout.
Provide breakfast to guests
Answer basic questions about the hostel, city, or their stay
Check in remaining guests
Serve drinks at the bar
Close the bar and common area 23:30-00:00

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
