The experience
Hi! My name is Quentin. I'm a scuba diving instructor, online French teacher, and full-time captain of my 33-foot sailboat.
🛠️ Phase 1 — Shipyard (March → mid-April, Greece)
I'm looking for volunteers to help me get the boat ready for the season.
⛵ Phase 2 — Sailing from Greece to France (mid-April → end of October)
After the shipyard activities, we'll set off on a smooth and safe voyage across the Mediterranean.
What you offer
15 hours of help per week
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Free Hiking Tours:
We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements

🛠️ Phase 1 — Shipyard (March → mid-April, Greece)
I'm looking for volunteers to help me get the boat ready for the season.
No specific skills are required, but knowledge of mechanics or electricity is a real plus and will be given priority.
Relaxed atmosphere, we'll learn together, and I can explain everything.
⛵ Phase 2 — Sailing Greece → France (mid-April → end of October)
After the shipyard activities, we'll set off on a peaceful and safe voyage across the Mediterranean, with regular stopovers.
The sailing schedule is flexible, and I can teach you the basics of sailing if you're a beginner.
Activities & Shift
Daily activities vary depending on the phase and weather conditions.
The rhythm is flexible, with an average of 15 hours per week, leaving plenty of free time to relax, swim and enjoy life at sea.
