Program Details
The "Mitti Ki Khushboo" program invites volunteers to Khirsu Park to create murals, eco-friendly crafts and cultural décor for our January event. Artists join earlier to help design and decorate the venue. Volunteers get bamboo room stay, 3 meals daily, guidance, and a peaceful mountain environment while contributing their creativity to a meaningful cultural project.
Activities & Shift
Volunteers will paint murals, create craft décor, prepare signage, and help set up cultural installations for the event. Activities include wall art, recycled crafts, and space decoration. Shifts are 4–5 hours per day, mostly mornings, with flexible timing and extra time only if you wish to finish your artwork.
Rules
During the volunteering period, all volunteers must follow our rules, regulations, and terms & conditions as stated in the official Volunteer Agreement. This includes behaviour guidelines, work responsibilities, safety instructions, and accommodation rules. "Smoking, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and loud music are strictly banned during the entire volunteering duration" at both the stay area and event site. Volunteers must sign the agreement and send a scanned copy or clear photo to our official email before arrival. Participation will only be confirmed once the signed agreement is received.
