The experience

The host, the team and the volunteers are all interested in learning Portuguese so that we can have more direct contact with people who speak it. A couple of hours of classes a day, then you can enjoy the natural surroundings, go on excursions with us and meet some amazing people!

What you offer

2 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 20 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute US$20 per day. This covers three meals a day, transport of supplies, logistics, accommodation, pick-up on arrival, excursions, etc. Any money left over will be used for reforestation and equipment for the care of the conservation area. :)

What you get

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent Portuguese or Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
