What you will do? Be the face of of the party, welcome new guests, make them feel at home. Help run and hype events including pub crawls, activities, themed nights and more. A big personality is a must, there is no room for shy people here unfortunately as we are known for our madness.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 21 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

You will join us on a 1 week trial to show your worth and see how you integrate into the team and with our guests. During your first week, you will receive 50% off everything including the bed and food and beverage. If successful, you will then become an official volunteer where you will receive your bed for free during your stay as well as a daily allowance to use on food and beverage.

Activities & Shift

You will play an integral part in our in house and external activities, from beer pong tournaments, pub crawls, music quizzes and our initiation for new guests, you will be the face of Mad Monkey and have the personality to match. Shifts will vary but always 2 days off per week and around 45 hours per week. The latest finish is generally midnight 00:00 and the earliest 10am with split shifts included.

Rules

We are known for our madness but we also value respect and integrity. As such, getting drunk whilst on shift is a big no no, as is taking illegal drugs. You will be representing a global brand and as such we expect you at all times to remain mature, respectful, personable but we also want you to have fun
