We are looking for a creative and motivated volunteer to help us capture the essence of our surf hostel and share it with the world. If you love photography, social media, content creation, and beach life, this role is perfect for you.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 33 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

-Taking high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, guests, surf sessions, and the property

-Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

-Supporting the development of weekly posts, stories, and reels

-Helping maintain a cohesive visual style for the hostel’s online presence

-Assisting with simple marketing tasks, such as updating listings or gathering reviews

-Organizing and saving media files for future use

-Capturing special events, sunsets, and the vibe of the hostel

Someone creative, proactive, and comfortable with a camera (phone or DSLR)

Basic experience with social media platforms

Good eye for aesthetics and storytelling

Friendly and able to interact with guests respectfully
