The experience

Join a boutique wilderness lodge in Chilean Patagonia. Help deliver unforgettable guest experiences while building operational systems at an early-stage adventure company.
You’ll coordinate guest logistics, support housekeeping and guides, and help improve systems—all while living on-site surrounded by pristine lakes and forests.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 30 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Chile

United States visa or citizenship

Travel insurance

Program Details

Help run a boutique wilderness lodge in Chilean Patagonia. You’ll support guest experiences, coordinate daily logistics, and help build operational systems at an early-stage adventure company. Activities & Shift

Morning: Guest breakfast support, daily briefing, lodge walkthrough
Midday: Coordinate excursions, vendor communication, guest needs
Afternoon: Systems work, documentation, prep for next day
Flexible schedule, ~30 hrs/week, 1 days off. Some days are guest-intensive; others focus on backend operations.


Rules

Respect quiet hours (10pm-7am)
• No guests in staff housing without approval
• No smoking indoors
• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces
• Communicate schedule changes 24hrs in advance
• Treat all guests and staff with professionalism
• Care for lodge equipment and property
