Position Description
We are looking for motivated volunteers to support the daily work at Terra Sintrópica, a regenerative project in the Semi-Arid Region. Volunteers will assist with tasks in the syntropic garden, nursery, agroforestry maintenance, composting, water management, community activities, and help with the PREC Food Hub — our local initiative that supports the distribution of fresh, agroecological produce to the community.
Although the workload is accessible, it is important that volunteers are at least somewhat familiar with agricultural and community-based volunteering environments, and feel comfortable working outdoors and in a collaborative setting.

Work in the garden (planting, harvesting, soil care)
Support in the nursery (seeding, transplanting, maintenance)
Agroforestry maintenance and water management
General tasks on the farm and in the community space
Assistance with the PREC Food Hub (sorting produce, preparing orders, supporting distribution days)
Participation in regenerative practices and shared community activities
What We Offer
Simple, comfortable shared accommodation
Healthy, mostly organic meals
Hands-on learning in syntropic agriculture, agroforestry, and local food systems
A warm, collaborative, and inspiring community environment
Opportunities to take part in workshops and guided visits
Ideal Profile
Interest in regenerative agriculture, ecology, and community food systems
Some familiarity with outdoor or agricultural volunteering
Enjoys physical outdoor work
Able to live and collaborate in a community setting
Responsible, communicative, and open to learning
