The experience

We are looking for motivated and collaborative volunteers to support our project in Panama. The volunteer will help on various essential activities to maintain and improve our spaces, directly contributing to a more pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Help us rebuild our surf camp by painting, planting, sharing ideas, etc.
While we teach you how to enjoy our island and surf.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 19 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
