construction and renovation volunteers for rural school support
The experience
disability child watch is renovating R & A primary school in Namutumba Uganda. volunteers will help with painting, cleaning, carrying material, minor repairs, and general site support. no experience needed, just energy, team work and willingness to help. your work will directly improve the learning environment of the disabled and the vulnerable children.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.

Program Details
volunteers will support the renovation of R & A primary school by helping with painting, cleaning, carrying material, and minor repair. this work will help create a safe and conducive learning environment for vulnerable and disabled children.
Activities & Shift
volunteers work 4 - 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday. activities include painting, cleaning classrooms, assisting builders, carrying material, and general site support. weekends are free unless special community work is planned
