The experience

Looking for a friendly, responsible volunteer to help at our rental property just one block from the tourist area and walking distance to the beach.

📅 Schedule:
• Fri & Sat: all day, check in guests and be on site in case they need anything
• Other days: 1 hr in morning + 1 hr in evening to help keep common area clean.
• 2 days Off

💫 In exchange, you’ll have your own comfortable tent with mattress, blanket, towel and access to the property.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

2 days off per week

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

We’re seeking a warm, organized, and responsible volunteer to help keep our small rental property running smoothly. Our place is perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and just one block from Cabo’s main tourist area — a great opportunity to enjoy paradise while helping only a few hours a day. 🌞🏖️

Activities & Shift

💼 What We Need Help With:
Your tasks are simple and focused on keeping the property pleasant and welcoming:

Friday & Saturday:
• Assisting with guest check-ins and being available for questions

5 days a week:
• Helping keep common areas tidy
• Morning (1 hour): Ensure the outdoor kitchen is clean and ready for breakfast (wipe tables, clean stove, organize dishes)
• Evening (1 hour): Light cleanup so guests can cook dinner comfortably
• Light upkeep like raking the sand and picking up trash in shared areas
• Keeping everything feeling clean, organized, and welcoming
• Some gardening tasks 🌿

👩‍🔧 Note: We have a professional housekeeper every day who handles full cleaning duties. Your role is simply to help maintain shared spaces in between.
