Program Details
This program began from a community of English-learning enthusiasts initiated by Khalif Sulton as the Founder, who brings together young people to spread the spirit of learning English.
Basically, this program is a collaboration between our community and other communities or schools to create exciting events and activities, mostly non-profit, with one purpose: to bring value and positive impact for the next generation.
We believe that when young people unite with the same mission — to learn, to inspire, and to empower — English becomes more than just a language. It becomes a movement.
Activities & Shift
🌿 Volunteer Weekly Activities
During the volunteering week, each volunteer will be accompanied and guided by one of our community tutors — we usually call them “teachers” — to teach students for 5 to 6 hours per day in outdoor settings such as parks, waterfalls, and other open natural spaces.
The classes are held openly with basic and fun English learning, focusing on creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning atmosphere rather than strict academic pressure.
To make the experience even more meaningful, volunteers will also have city tour sessions once in a while during the week, together with our tutor, to explore and learn about the local culture, iconic spots, and surrounding areas of Jakarta and the Capital Region. It’s not only teaching — it’s also a cultural and joyful journey together.

• Volunteers are expected to commit to the program from start to finish, based on the agreement made at the beginning.
• Respect for every human being is a must — including equality, gender respect, and zero racism.
• Pets are not allowed to be brought into the program.
• Wearing minimal / revealing clothing is allowed, but only inside the house area. It is not recommended outside the house as local residents may not be used to it.
