The experience

“Come and live a unique experience in Costa Rica helping at our hostel! We are looking for volunteers to help with maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and decorating. If you enjoy DIY projects and want to be part of a welcoming environment close to nature, you are very welcome!”


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Activities & Shift

The day starts at 8am whit picking up de fallen leaves from the coconut trees and other plants and trees, trying to keep everything clean and check with the person in charge if is any other task to do. but i would like to say we want to keep always the option if the waves are good in the morning is possible talk to the person in charge if you can change your shift and do your tasks in the afternoon
