The experience
Volunteers help local youth learn English, assist in creative workshops, and support training to prepare them as future tour guides for our tourism village. Tasks include teaching basic English, event preparation, documentation, and cultural activities. Days are simple and community based, with time to share culture and explore nature. We welcome friendly, open minded volunteers eager to engage with villagers.

Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Description:
Volunteers contribute US$70/week to support shared stay, meals, utilities, and project materials. Your fee also helps fund free youth training and cultural programs in the village. By joining us, you live with locals, learn culture, and directly empower community growth. Your support creates real impact and long-term change.
What you get

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details
Our project focuses on youth empowerment, English learning, cultural preservation, and preparing the community to develop eco-tourism. Volunteers collaborate with local youth, students, and villagers by teaching basic English, supporting workshops, and helping form tourism-based activities such as guiding practice, cultural events, and documentation. The program aims to give free access to skills for the village while offering volunteers an authentic cultural experience and a chance to make a meaningful impact within the community.
Activities & Shift
- Assist English learning sessions for youth/students
- Help create lesson plans and simple teaching materials
- Support cultural & creative workshops (art, music, storytelling, etc.)
- Join tourism village development (tour guide training, mapping spots, photography/video)
- Assist event & festival preparation when scheduled
Average shift: 4–5 hours/day, 5 days/week
Schedule may vary depending on ongoing activities or events.
Rules
- Respect local culture, customs, and the living environment
- Be friendly and courteous with residents and youth participants
- Dress modestly in public spaces (no overly revealing clothing)
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited
- No drugs, excessive alcohol, or disruptive actions
- Keep shared areas clean and help with light daily chores
- Be open to teamwork and community interaction
- Inform the host in advance if unable to join activities or need to leave early
