AU PAIR
Au Pair Foundation | Mar 2016 - Mar 2017 USA
Being an Au pair means taking care of the children of the host family full time. The priority is to provide quality care and keep them active and developing different activities. One of my main goals was to teach my host kid maternal language. Since she was very young, I teach her sign language.
Travel experience
My first international experience was in Concepcion, Chile. I worked in an orphanage with two different group of kids. The main idea of the project was to foment the curiosity though the art, cultural difference and theatre.
I move to the USA to work as an Au Pair. That is a type of exchange where you babysit, learn about the culture and take classes in College. I took care of a little girl, Bianca. She was a lovely, sweet girl who did a long process of knowledge with my during my period in Pendleton. Also, during my time there I volunteer in two places: the Children's Museum and the Pioneer Relief. I really like to work with kids.
