Immerse yourself in genuine cultural exchange, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Norway. Our flexible schedule allows you the freedom to structure your days when alone, and on owner-present days, tasks are assigned for a more directed approach. Whether you're a seasoned farmer or a novice, you will engage in tasks matching your interests, fostering skill development in gardening, construction, and maintenance. Amidst your tasks, you’ll find moments for reflection and relaxation. Join us in creating a harmonious blend of learning, cultural exchange, and positive change, making your volunteering experience truly exceptional.

We are an open-minded family that takes joy in hosting friends and family, cherishing cultural immersion, travel, and mutual learning. Acquiring the farm in 2021, Lillian and Arnvid have been fervently engaged in renovation, construction, painting, and various endeavors. Despite both being in their mid-50s and maintaining full-time jobs, they are excited to extend a warm welcome. The idea of hosting volunteers, introduced by their daughter Victoria, resonates with their passion for community. As part of our farm, you'll be treated like family, with the option to engage in our various activities or simply enjoy the tranquility as you prefer. Your presence enriches our shared experience, making our home yours during your stay.

Rebberud is farm where a happy family lives. I felt welcomed there from Day 1, they all spoke english well and made sure to always translate if Norwegian was spoken. The tasks given were rather simple and I was able to learn more about construction and electricity. There will be some painting involved as well. The nature around the farm is absolutely stunning and I got to go mushroom and berry picking in Summer with Lillian and Agnete :)! The cabin I slept it was very cosy and comfortable and the food is abundant.
We really do feel home there :)

From the first day they make me feel at home. All the family is really friendly and lovely. The task sometimes was really easy and sometimes was hard. Depends, u work in many different areas and that’s nice too. I learn many new skills. They don’t just give me accommodation and food, they give me nice talks, stories, love and make feel part of the family all the time. It was an amazing experience, I really appreciate it and of course I recommend to everyone. The place is far but u can ask for a driver or a bike to go around there. The views in the valley are completely beautiful.
