AttivitĂ  e turni

Tasks :
- Land care: clear brush and paths, prune low branches, move stones/wood, rake & tidy.
- Fencing: replace/straighten posts, stretch wire, fix gates/hinges, check lines weekly.
- Firewood: cut/split/stack; keep woodshed tidy and dry (only chainsaw if experienced).
- Stonework: rebuild small dry-stone walls (murets), terrace edges, steps; mix/lay gravel.
- Vegetable garden: create beds, compost/mulch, sow/plant, weed, harvest; seed saving.
- Irrigation & water: set up/repair drip lines, test flow, practice strict water-saving.
- Soil & paths: lay mulch, mark trails, add anti-erosion steps/drains where needed.
- Tool care: daily clean/sharpen, oil hand tools, coil hoses/cords, restock screws/nails.
- Waste & materials: sort recycling, stack reusable stone/timber, keep site hazard-free.
- Prevention: tidy as you go, report loose rocks, wasp nests, sharp wire, tripping risks.
- Improvement: 1 small optimization/week (e.g., tool board, labels, hose hooks, path markers).

Schedule & pace :
- ~25h/week (e.g., 5h × 5 days), mostly early mornings (heat/sun).
- Flexible with weather and your skills; light tasks or shade work on hot/windy days.
- 2 days off/week (often consecutive). Free afternoons.

Typical day :
- 9 am – Site check & prep (PPE, water, tools)
- 9:30 – Fencing or stonework; garden : irrigation, beds, mulching, harvest ; quick path/brush session.
- 12am – Tool care, tidy work zones, materials stacking, notes for tomorrow.

Regole

- Wildfire safety. No open flames. If you smoke, do it in the designated spot, keep a metal butt tin, and never on dry ground.
- Tool safety first. PPE on (boots, gloves, eye/eye protection), tie hair back, no loose clothing. Ask before using any power tool; chainsaw only if pre-approved.
- No alcohol/drugs on tools. If you’re impaired, you don’t work—full stop.
- Respect the land. Stay on terraces/paths, don’t trample seedlings, don’t cut plants/trees unless it’s on the task list.
- Gates & animals. Close gates behind you. Don’t feed animals without asking. Report any stray dogs/boars immediately.
- Clean as you go. End each task with a 10-minute reset: tools cleaned/oiled, hoses coiled, materials stacked, work area swept.
- Waste & sorting. Reuse stone/timber where possible. Sort recycling. Hazardous waste (oily rags, blades) in the marked box only.
- Check-ins > guesswork. Unsure about a step? Ask early—we’d rather explain once than fix later.
- Autonomy with notes. Keep a simple log (what you did, what’s next, materials needed). Suggest small improvements—one/week is the goal.
- Heat routine. Early starts, hats, sunscreen, water bottle always on you. Take shade breaks; tell us if you feel dizzy or low-energy.
- Noise & neighbors. Power tools only during agreed hours.
