Thank you, the home, for inviting us into your home and sharing insights into your culture! the home was a warm and welcoming host, as was her family. Unfortunately, we visited during the off-season, so there wasn't much to do except drink tea and take walks. During most of our stay, the home was away on a business trip to Hanoi, so we spent time with her family, who didn't speak English. This made it hard to learn about the culture, but the fresh, traditional meals they served every day were delicious!

Volunteering with the home in Cao Bồ was an unforgettable experience! From day one, she and her family welcomed me warmly. I truly appreciated the chance to learn about the local culture and support her community in any way I could. the home generously shared her Indigenous and traditional wisdom, which I'll cherish long after this trip. Although I wish I could have stayed longer, I'm leaving with a heart full of gratitude and inspiration to continue meaningful work in my own community.

Absolutely wonderful experience, super immersive and intensely fun. The surrounding area is so gorgeous, the people do welcoming, and the home is an absolute angel. If you're hoping for a truly local, more remote than most work exchange than this is for you. I hope to return some day in the near future :)

No words can describe my time here. the home and her family entered my heart so deeply, and will always stay there. This was a life changing experience, living like a local, enjoying the simple pleasures of life in the fullest way and celebrating life in every second. We discovered together the beautiful nature around the Homestay, I was able to connect so deeply with the people around and to truly get to know Vietnam. Cannot recommend it enough, probably the best volunteer I've ever did and will do.

Bich became a friend so quickly, and makes sure everyone is comfortable. The homestay is so beautiful and everyday Bich will take you into the village to experience nature, interact with the community, or learn about the culture and then we did the work at night. The homestay is hard to get to, but Bich is so helpful with arranging transportation and making sure you get there safe. I miss it already and recommend the home's the home to any volunteer or traveler for the most authentic experience. Bich is so special and it was just so great!!

Bich is such a lovely & inspirational person. Her homestay is located in a beautiful local village with stunning views & waterfalls just a short walk away. I've never been anywhere so remote & it was fascinating to be able to learn about the tribe's day to day life, culture, & tea production. I was only the 2nd vegan to stay at the homestay and yet Bich and her family made sure I always had plenty of delicious options. We ate together as a family which was so humbling. This experience is great to be able to connect with nature & see what true self sufficiency is like. Highly recommended!

The home is such a loving and inspiring host, she makes sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and she and her family welcome you in their house as if you are family as well. The area is amazingly beautifull with not a lot of tourists, so a true unique local expierence for sure! We really had the best time here and wished we could have stayed longer.

I had an incredible experience volunteering at the home! The work was enjoyable and I had plenty of free time to explore the village and immerse myself in the local environment. the home herself is an inspiring host. She has deep knowledge of her tribe's culture, way of life, and farming practices. I learned so much from traditional tea making to wilderness survival. She's also accommodating, friendly, and passionate about supporting her community. I had a wonderful time connecting with her family and the other guests. I highly recommend volunteering for this homestay!

I honestly don't know where to begin. First of all, saying goodbay to the home and her family was very hard for me. I think that says a lot. I came to her home and had no expectations. I had no idea it would turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. I learned so so much about their culture, about the way they live, about tea making, about nature and food, about history. the home became my friend pretty quickly and i have no words to describe her. She is a genuine, beautiful human being. She will help you in any way she can. Don't think twice about coming - just do it :))
