Charlie is a great guy who always has a smile on his face. He answered every question and we had many possibilities to explore the island, even on our „work days“. When there's many volunteers it gets a bit chaotic here and then and the working hours aren't set in shifts, but that also created a lot of freedom for us. If you're from Europe, prepare for bug bites ;)
