We’re looking for people with good energy ✨, responsibility 🤝, and a strong desire to learn 📚. As a volunteer, you’ll be part of our reception and operations team, helping us create a warm and personal experience for our guests 🌞.

We expect commitment, proactivity, and a willingness to live in harmony with our team and environment. In return, we offer a cozy space to stay 🛏️, partial meals 🍽️, a deep connection with Amazonian culture 🌱, and unforgettable moments — whether in the heart of the jungle or a vibrant city, depending on the hotel you're at.

Attività e turni

Main tasks:
✔️ Welcome guests with kindness
✔️ Assist with check-in and check-out
✔️ Provide tourist and local information 🌄
✔️ Answer basic messages via WhatsApp or social media 📲
✔️ Keep the reception and common areas organized ☕
✔️ Help with simple tasks related to bookings or guest info

🎓 No previous experience needed — we’ll train you. We just ask for a good attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

⏰ Workload:
🕒 25 hours per week (5 hrs/day – 5 days/week)
🧘 2 days off (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday, or depending on occupancy)

📆 Rotating shifts:
Morning shift: 7:00 – 13:00
Afternoon shift: 12:00 – 18:00
Evening shift: 17:00 – 23:00

(We’ll plan the schedule in advance so you can organize your free time ✨)
