Join our team as a Hostel Volunteer Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay. As a Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for conducting room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining the overall guest experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Front Office Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the hostel.

We’re looking for a proactive, friendly, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy interacting with guests, helping with day-to-day operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Attività e turni

Responsibilities include:

Conducting regular room inspections and reporting cleanliness to the Front Office Manager.

Welcoming guests, gathering reviews, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Managing stock inventories and alerting management when supplies are low.

Assisting guests with their requests and ensuring the hostel’s facilities (such as laundry rooms) are clean and functional.

Re-stocking beverages and snacks to keep our offerings fresh.

Performing regular property walks to ensure a quiet, safe, and comfortable environment.

Assisting management in closing cash registers and overseeing financial procedures.
