I had the best time EVER volunteering at the hostel! the tasks are simple and as expected, ranging from cleaning, to cooking, to leading parties. you get a taste of everything! the other volunteers and receptionists truly made my experience… everyone is so kind and welcomed me in with open arms! as soon as i arrived, i immediately formed such strong bonds with everyone! leah is the greatest of all time!! i could tell from the get go that she is truly passionate about her job, as well as helping volunteers to form friendships, make memories and have fun! i would HIGHLY recommend volunteering here!

For anyone wanting to find a second home away from your hometown: the hostel is the place to be. I spent the most fun and lively month in London. The kindness I found in the other volunteers and receptionists is unmatched and made the place feel like a family home ❤️ Working hours are completely reasonable and just as described. You learn how to keep a hostel clean and welcoming to travellers from all over the world. Thank you the hostel for the best club nights, free dinners and movie sessions. Life in Notting Hill has been a blast!

Don't have words for how much this place and these people mean to me. Reception is amazing and curated a safe, fun and positive vibe. The ratio of work to days off was perfect, and the space is so special. Leah has created such a family environment that I will carry with me always! Thanks for helping me grow ❤️

My experience at the hostel has truly been amazing. The hostel is super nice, the shifts are as expected and very flexible, and the location is great. But most importantly, the other volunteers and receptionist are absolutely amazing and made this experience so memorable. They've all been super welcoming from the beginning, which creates the best vibes around the hostel. I highly recommend volunteering here, I would 100% do it again. Thank you all so much.

Genuinely had such a great experience at the hostel! the shifts were exactly as expected and communication between all the staff was very clear and easy. the hostel is super clean and well managed as well leah has created a fun, welcoming environment at the hostel that really feels like a chaotic little family. i miss everyone already and can't wait to hopefully come back some day. if you're thinking about applying, i can't recommend this hostel more <3

It was wonderful to be able to volunteer at the hostel, it felt like a family environment more than a workplace. I got on well with both the other volunteers and the receptionists, and I made friends who I will always carry in my heart. The work shifts were as expected, and the whole team is ready to help if you need to change them. I had a wonderful month, thank you for the experience the hostel, miss you already💞

The hostel will forever have a special place in my heart. The moment I stepped into this hostel, it felt like a safe space and home. Work was exactly like described, easy and schedule is very flexible. Leah is doing an amazing job at managing this hostel and you can talk to her about anything. Also had a great time working with the lovely receptionists (Brea, Elektra and Henryyyy) and spending time outside of work with them + vollies. Thank you for having me & and the unforgettable memories together. Can't recommend it enough, if you consider volunteering at the hostel!!! Until next time, the hostel🫶

The hostel is an amazing hostel, with a fabulous team of receptionists, an amazing manager, and great volunteers. I spent two months at the hostel, and had the best time!The environment is welcoming and warm, and is the best place for personal growth. The work was easy, and straightforward. Everyone looks out for each other, and supports each others needs. Leah is an amazing manager and brings together a fantastic team of unique individuals. the hostel is not just a hostel, it's a family, and it's a place where you can feel safe to just be you! Thank you the hostel 🫶

This was a last minute decision to volunteer here at the hostel, but I am so glad I did! Had an absolute blast working with Leah and the team, and will have to say that I miss all of them so so much everyday. The volunteers are what made this experience so much more worth it! Will miss the entire team <3
