Dettagli del programma
Discover the art of storytelling and immerse yourself in the cultural richness of northern Namibia through photography and social media at Ongula. You'll capture moments from our immersive tourism experiences, including traditional homestead visits, crafting workshops, and cultural performances. Volunteers will create impactful visual content that promotes our mission, sharing the beauty of rural life while highlighting sustainability and community empowerment.
Expect to work early mornings capturing activities in optimal light and spend afternoons editing and crafting narratives. Volunteers also participate in meaningful exchanges, documenting our Skills Academy and Indigenous Knowledge Centre. Your efforts will help attract like-minded travelers and amplify the positive impact of Ongula’s initiatives.
Attività e turni
Engage with guests during dinner service, whilst on tours, our students and the different projects. Ensure that quality photos and videos are taken to be harnessed on Social Media Platforms, our website and various booking platforms.
As a volunteer you will play a key role in connecting our programmes and guests. Housed in our tented camp, with an en-suite bathroom, seating area outside and a small desk & chair, what more could you ask for.
