Amazing experience! The house, and above all, the family, are kind hearted and fantastic. There is space and time for stay in contact with the nature, meet other volunteers, relax, take care of the horses, play with the dogs, have fun, listen to music, go on hikes and so more. Definitely recommended it! The amount of work required is definitely fair and there is plenty of time to do more:) Definitely recommended it!

I had a lovely experience at the farm! Claudia and Luisa were amazing hosts and really made me feel at home. Everyone there was super nice and I had a lot of fun working with all of them. You will be so well taken care of during your stay here, and taken to see so much of the local area. I will miss galloping through the mountains on trail rides, Saturday nights out, the delicious home-cooked meals, and our Twilight movie marathon. Thank you to Claudia and Luisa, the animals, and the other volunteers for such a wonderful two weeks :)

I had a marvelous time! Claudia, Luisa & Nona are some of the kindest people I've met. I felt right at home from day one. Their home is always filled with warmth, fun, and music. I felt genuinely cared for beyond the standard care of a volunteer. I miss my “Spanish home” already! The horses are wonderful and well looked after. Daily tasks are enjoyable, and the views from the home, stables and trails are breathtakingly beautiful. I made friends and memories that I will cherish for a lifetime! Would recommend applying only if you like big dogs - they are a big part of this wonderful family 💞

I had the best time at the farm ! Claudia and Luisa are amazing. I felt at home from the first days. The horses are very well trained and the nature around is stunning! Thank you for everything :) I'll miss the siesta and screaming to Lana del rey on the stables car !

My second time volunteering at the ranchero and I've really found my second family. If you are looking for a place surrounded by horses, good people and beautiful nature, this place is definitely for you!

It was my first experience as a volunteer and I wasn't disappointed! I spent two superb weeks at the farm. Luisa and Claudia give volunteers a warm welcome and make you feel right at home 😉 I'm delighted to have shared this experience with other volunteers with whom I'll keep in touch! I'll be back for sure! A thousand thanks again 🤩

I really enjoyed my time at the farm! I stayed for almost three weeks but I could have stayed longer. The work at the farm was really fun and relaxed (feeding horses, help with trail rides…) and we had a lot of freetime which we used to visit the springs, the local markets or bars. Luisa and Claudia made me feel like home immediately and i really enjoyed the house with my own room and the three crazy dogs. Thank you so much for the amazing time, all the great dinners, the trips and the adventures we had <3 You always have a home if you come to Germany!

Un voluntariado de 10. Desde el minuto 1 eres parte de la familia y se te hace muy ameno el trabajo. Tanto Luisa como Claudia son increíbles y te ayudan en todo lo que puedan.

What can I say? One thing for sure: I could not imagine a more complete journey. Being greeted by three sweet dogs in the morning, rushing to the farm with the white stablecar. Sweating together working side by side, no day without great results! Having the siesta on most breathtaking and refreshing waterfalls! Luisas incredibleSpanish dinners with barbeque under the stars and a good glass of whine.. Deep talks in the hot springs and party like crazy with the most remarkable Claudia (who is not a farty person btw) and the other Volunteers - each one was unforgetable! I love you guys!!! 🥹
