I overall quite enjoyed my time in Dresden, it took a few weeks to figure out exactly where I fit at the hostel, but I found my place eventually and was very comfortable there. My one suggestion for the hostel would be to update the onboarding process. I was given a paper and no official training how to do the assigned tasks apart from watching another volunteer work. It was very helpful to have an event to organize once a week, once I had an event I felt like I finally fit in. Dresden is a great city and I am grateful to have stayed with the hostel for the last few weeks.

The experience was amazing. The hostel is nice with its events and the staff is nice too. Its position is also good for enjoying nightlife in Neustadt. I recommend this experience

My stay at Mondplast was one of the best experiences of my life! Work was super easy and flexible. Everyone at Mondplast is so friendly and helpful. I really felt like a local and made lots of friends :) Would recommend to everyone! My favourite part of the experience must be getting to know the staff and locals :) Mondplast helped me get out of my comfort zone with the multiple events like karaoke and Bla Bla Language exchange. Breakfast and beds are very comfortable :) You also get lots of free time so lots of time to explore the beautiful city <3

Fue mi primer voluntariado , la experiencia fue muy positiva , las tareas fueron realmente sencillas y rápidas de realizar , tenía mucho tiempo libre. Además son muy flexibles con los horarios y días libres por lo que pude viajar a otras ciudades de Alemania

This is the best worldpackers volunteer position you could wish for. The work was extremely fair and easy and once the chores have been learned one can work smooth and independantly, and there's plenty of time to explore the beutiful city of Dresden. The hostel is in a very popular neighborhood so the fun is guaranteed and of course Michael was definetaly among the best hosts one could possibly have, generous, kind and very relaxed, I'm very grateful. All in all the hostel will be missed. I totally recommend it.

This is my first experience like volunteering and can to say that work in the hostel was amazing. The tasks are easies since that the volunteer have commitment. The time is flexible, being possible part time free. The team is fantastic, well received, I felt like if were the family the hostel.The hostel stay near station, supermarket and pubs. Sometimes have event in the pubs inside hostel animating the night. I appreciate the team the hostel to receive very well: Michael, Francisco, Luisa, Melina, Vitor, Marcus. Thank you for everything! Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muuuuuyyyyy linda, nada de lo que esperaba, conocí personas maravillosas, hice muchas amistades y pude conocer mucho de la cultura local, Louiza y Francisco se convirtieron en grandes amigos que me los llevo en el corazón, Michell es una persona bastante comprensiva y te ayuda mucho con las dudas que puedes tener en cuento a tus responsabilidades. Fue mi segundo volutariado y lo recomiendo mucho :) todo mi agradecimiento con todo lo brindando en este voluntariado. Me encantaría volver 10000% segura! <3

This was my first volunteering experience and all I can say is that it was amazing! The environment was welcoming and fun, the tasks were simple and arranged with clarity thus giving me time to organize my free time. I'm definitely coming back again! La experiencia en el hostel Dresde fue realmente buena, el hostal está en una zona increíble de la ciudad, las tareas son sencillas y muy llevaderas, además las personas del staff son súper amables y divertidas, siempre dispuestas a ayudarte y compartir contigo. Lo mejor es que después de cumplir con tus tareas tenes muchísimo tiempo libre para disfrutar de la ciudad. Muy recomendado
