Join our small, friendly hostel in the heart of Skopje! If you're looking for a real Balkan experience, surrounded by travelers from all over the world, this is the place for you. We are a small and social hostel located in the city center of Skopje, a vibrant and underrated destination in Europe and for summer, but cheap and stunning. You'll be helping with light daily tasks, connecting with guests, and enjoying lots of free time to explore.

Dettagli del programma

We are looking for individuals with cool, nice and good energy to join us!

The tasks are not too difficult or complex, it's basic hostel stuff and routine, but indeed we need someone reliable. You'll help us with the reception, breakfast and housekeeping/cleaning.

In return, enjoy a cozy, clean, homely work environment, nice colleagues, coffee in our gazebo or sitting in a sunny spot in our garden, accommodation, really good food and unforgettable memories.

Attività e turni

You will work 6h per day, 5 days a week and 2 days off.

1st shift (8h-14h)
- Preparing/placing breakfast and cleaning

2nd shift (11h-17h)
- Cleaning and checking in guests

3rd shift (17h-23h)
- Checking in guests

Regole

Even if you're not on shift or working we expect you to be polite, responsible and to act as a host for the guests and treat your colleagues/roommates well too. We expect respect, helpfulness and maintaining cleanliness.

We expect our volunteers to treat the hostel as their own home.

Abuse of any psychoactive substances or any kind of drugs is not allowed, but you are more than welcome to join us for some drinks and Rakija. Aggressive, rude, vulgar, reckless, careless behavior won't be tolerated.
