I had an amazing time in Skrova! :) The island is located in Lofoten, a unique place with a rich history, culture, and natural beauty. The landscapes are simply breathtaking. As for the work, all tasks are simple and suitable for volunteers, and the working hours are always respected. Monica and Mario are very sweet people, and it was a pleasure to help them with their facilities. I just wish they could be more present outside of duty time; that would make the experience more immersive. Tip: Pay attention to the music playing in the host. Monica has great musical taste! :)

We would love to have spend more that with you, mainly since we have so many things in common, included the music taste... ;) Summer is your holidays time, but is the busier time of the year for us... I spent amazing 5 weeks in Skrova. I fell in love with Lototen nature and met so many lovely charming people. We had so much fun with other volunteers during our free time on hikes and exploring Lofoten. Monica and Mario took us for a boat trip and to sauna, which was very nice. Accomodation was fine. And tasks wasn't so hard, however for someone who didn't work in a the host it could be a bit strange. My experience was 11/10 but I can't give five stars because Monica was more like our boss than host, which made my experience less enjoyable. However Thank you so much, I would recomend it. 🥰
