By focusing on accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment, Casa DownTown aims to bridge gaps, celebrate diversity, and create opportunities for personal growth, social engagement, and shared experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fix-It Projects: Address and resolve minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility, from leaky faucets to squeaky doors.

- Upkeep & Safety: Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance needs.

-DIY Tasks: Assist with small renovation projects and upgrades to improve the - functionality and aesthetics of our space.

- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with other volunteers and staff to understand maintenance needs and contribute to team efforts.

- Resource Management: Help organize and maintain tools and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order.
