Casa DownTown is a visionary project that is transforming into an inclusive event center, designed to bring together individuals with and without disabilities in a shared space where everyone feels welcome.
Our mission is to create a vibrant community hub that fosters connection, creativity, and collaboration through diverse activities and events.
By focusing on accessibility, inclusion, and empowerment, Casa DownTown aims to bridge gaps, celebrate diversity, and create opportunities for personal growth, social engagement, and shared experiences.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix-It Projects: Address and resolve minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility, from leaky faucets to squeaky doors.
- Upkeep & Safety: Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance needs.
-DIY Tasks: Assist with small renovation projects and upgrades to improve the - functionality and aesthetics of our space.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with other volunteers and staff to understand maintenance needs and contribute to team efforts.
- Resource Management: Help organize and maintain tools and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order.
