For the most part, Casa Milagro is at an 90% finished. We need painting and cleaning, and any construction work is a plus, also pool maintenance, electrical. At the present moment there is nobody there. The third floor is a penthouse all active and finalized. In the Second floor we have two bedrooms that can be occupied. One has AC, and fan, ....using the AC would only cost the electricity usage. see: villamilagro.mx

One has AC, and fan, ....using the AC would only cost the electricity usage. It's hot, but you don't necessarily need it.

Regole

Keep clean, use kitchen with respect to the woodwork etc. Use chopping boards, not the counter :-)
