The experience we had with Judith and Vincent was incredible, the vila became like our second home and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. There was a variety of different tasks to complete during the project, we learned a lot of new things and went on many magnificent hikes, which made this experience unforgettable. We have met a lot of other volunteers as well and it was a great opportunity to make amazing new connections all over the world. Even though we did not speak well in French, they were very supportive and ready to help. Overall, we recommend this experience a lot!!

I loved my experience at the Villa! The place is very cozy and immediately felt like home. Judith and Vincent are welcoming, flexible, and fun. It's in a breathtaking location surrounded by mountains, which gave me the chance to go on many hikes and explore the area. I also made great friends with whom I shared hikes, picnics, reading time, movie nights, games, and conversations. I was able to practice all the languages I speak, especially French. It was the perfect place to relax, connect with people, and experience the local culture. I definitely recommend it!

Pasé dos meses en la Villa y me encantó. Aprendí mucho gracias a Vincent y Judith, se siente el amor que le tienen a este proyecto. Ellos siempre están ahí para ayudarte. El lugar es hermoso y hay varias caminatas que puedes hacer. Les recomiendo descargar maps.me. Tengan en cuenta para sus planes que la Villa queda en medio de la nada y el transporte público es complicado. Es el lugar ideal si te gusta la tranquilidad, caminar, los idiomas, la comida vegetariana y el ambiente de comunidad.

This experience was extremely immersive, in not just the culture but the amazing nature! French was spoken constantly so it was a great way to improve French, and I got super close with the other international travellers which was very special! Judith and Vincent are super generous, kind, and fun, and I'd definitely recommend this experience for anyone looking for a tranquil and immersive cultural experience :)

We had a great time volunteering through Worldpackers in France. The hosts were kind, the place was beautiful, and everything went smoothly. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. It was a perfect way for both of us to meet new people, learn new things, and enjoy the local culture. We definitely recommend this experience!

This experience exceeded my expectations. Being at the home was transformative. Judith and Vincent are a wonderful couple—kind, patient, and caring—and I learned so much from them and the other volunteers. I didn't want to leave. A thousand thank you aren't enough for my time there. I arrived a different person and left completely different. Thank you, Judith, thank you, Vincent, and thank you to all the volunteers I met. I hope we can meet again.

It's been an amazing experience at the home! It is very easy to feel comfortable and welcome since the very first moment. Judith and Vincent have always a smile ready for all of us, happy to help and answer all our thousand questions. The vibe with the other volunteers and also the other staff from the house was really great and we came along really good with everyone. The tasks aren't hard, and there's a great balance between working hours and free time, when you can explore the amazing nature arround. I really recomend the experience :) Merci pour tout, Judit et Vincent! <3

Mi estancia en la casa ha sido maravillosa. La casa es un lugar de paz, donde recibí mi propia habitación, que era muy amplia y estaba genial. Pude compartir el tiempo con otros voluntarios, así como con Judith y Vincent, que son geniales y tienen una paciencia infinita con nosotros. Pude aprender y practicar francés, comí comida deliciosa, hice paseos a diario por los paisajes que rodean la casa. No puedo más que recomendar este lugar! Merci beaucoup Judith et Vincent!! :)

I spent a lovely month at Villa Arzelier, Judith and Vincent are very warm and welcoming people, and they encourage you to treat their house like your home. The work involved cleaning bedrooms, making beds , doing laundry, helping out in the kitchen, and other general work around the house. The location is breathtaking as the house is nestled in the mountains and there's plenty of time to explore nearby hikes with impressive views. My favourite part of my stay was sharing meals with everyone, eating delicious food and having interesting conversations where I could practice my French! Thanks ❤️
