Foi tudo lindo!! Claramente, eu sai da minha zona de conforto. Não é facil. temos que fazer uma trilha pra chegar na casa, estar em contato com animais, insetos, natureza… E é isso que faz tudo tao incrível! Todos abertos para se conectar, ajudar e se permetir expressar da maneira mais espontanea e liberta. Quero voltar!!! 💖

What a place the project is!! Mike has done an incredible job at building a community which brings together people from across the world to a beautiful space built for connection. Mike genuinely cares about each one of his guests and will do his best to make sure everyone is feeling comfortable and happy, and is having fun! Living an off grid lifestyle isn't for everyone, but I found the minimalism of it so enchanting and inspiring. It's been such a pleasure to meet others in the off grid community in the Castelo Branco area through Mike as well. the project is a home away from home!!!

Mike is truly one of the most kind, funny and authentic people i've ever met. since the start he has made sure that everyone was feeling comfortable and happy, everyone is free to do whatever they want! being surrendered by the beautiful nature made me feel free and genuinely happy, healed. thank you for everything mike, the only regret i have is that i didn't taste one of your famous cake :,) i'll never forget you would 100% recommend !!

I had a lovely time staying at Mike's place, he really makes an effort to make sure I was enjoying myself and getting the most out of my stay. Taking me to social events in the area that has a really nice community of people with similar places. I got to paint a mini mural which was really fun and it was lovely to have company from the cat :)) I hope I can come back again!

I loved my stay at the project! mike is truly a great human with a kind heart and adventurous/ party spirit. the project is a truly unique experience that cannot be put into words! this place made me feel dreamy and i felt totally at peace and comfortable. will definitely revisit!!!

The project is a truly magical place and Mike is a wonderful host. He has created a sanctuary and safe space for people to escape from their busy lives, and re connect with nature and themselves. the project is a social hotspot with lots of interesting people from all walks of life constantly passing through. Despite being off grid, there is a good social scene locally and Mike makes an effort to help us attend any fun activities in the local area. I'd highly recommend for solo travellers or groups of friends. I'm telling all my friends they HAVE to go to if they visit Portugal.

Foi uma experiência imersiva na natureza. As pessoas foram muito lindas na acolhida e no partilhar espaços comuns e organização na comida. Pra mim foi uma experiência particular porque não tivemos água corrente e as situações igienica não foram da melhores. Quando cheguei a cozinha, banheiro e salão tavam em condições peximas e tive que limpar tudo antes de cozinhar. Viver off-grid è uma linda visão, mais precisa de condições ótimais para viver na limpeza, no respeito e na cura da própria pessoa. Pensava di fazer atividade pra aprender algo, mais a única atividades foram trilhas na natureza
