The project is a truly magical place and Mike is a wonderful host. He has created a sanctuary and safe space for people to escape from their busy lives, and re connect with nature and themselves. the project is a social hotspot with lots of interesting people from all walks of life constantly passing through. Despite being off grid, there is a good social scene locally and Mike makes an effort to help us attend any fun activities in the local area. I'd highly recommend for solo travellers or groups of friends. I'm telling all my friends they HAVE to go to if they visit Portugal.

This was one of the most beautiful experiences in my entire life, I really connected too much with the people Inside the house and also, I think Mike is a very good person, he is so funny and always he tries to teach us something new, this is a place you can be yourself, and learn new things about you, is a place to disconnect from the normal life and and life with completely freedom I really recommend it 🚐

I really enjoyed my stay at the project, mike is the best host ever and makes the funniest jokes!! Words cannot possibly explain how much I've learned and gained from this experience. the project is a beautiful family where everyone is safe, free, loving and understanding. This has been my first time travelling with Worldpackers and I couldn't have wished for a better opportunity than this one. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and trees and beautiful people, it's everything I needed. Mike, thanks for creating such environment, it truly filled my heart. Will definitely be back. 🌞♥️
